Mr. Prabin Das, President

Mr. Prabin Das is a Social Entrepreneur having a keen interest in social upliftment with appropriate strategic planning. Associating with Ajagar Social Circle since its inception as founder Vice - President and shouldering the responsibility of the organisation all the way to the present stage of it; he gathered a heap of practical experience and developed a strong sense towards the society and brushing his critical faculty to analyze the society for a meaningful implementation of the projects. As an expert in Micro Finance, he developed lots of Tools which are successfully implemented in Ajagar Micro Finance and subsequently Ajagar Finance Ltd. A compassionate person for the entire Ajagar Family, he contributed to the organisation with effective Policy Formulation, Financial Projection, Compliance Management, and Accounting.

Mr. Dibakar Nath, Vice President

Being a College Teacher, he has vast knowledge in education sector. Beside this, he has involved in social sector since 20 years and has expertise in Accounts, Internal Audit & Control System.

Mr. Hiren Kalita, Secretary

As an energetic and skillful organizer, he unites the liked minded youth of the locality for agricultural and entrepreneur development. As a result of his leadership, the organization came into force in the last part of the 20th century. As the first secretary of the organization, he provided handhold support for the uplift and betterment of the poor and unreached. He gathered the knowledge and experience of project director of a watershed project under NWDPRA at Haldhidhara, project coordinator in the SHG movement and district coordinator in Assam Agricultural Competitiveness Project, a World Bank funded project. Along with the role of secretary, at present, he is the Director of Ajagar Agro Producer Company Ltd. and the responsible director of Ajagar Finance Pvt. Ltd, the NBFC. He has the vast experience and expertise in correspondence and collaboration with the native and foreign NGOs.

Mr. Ashok Nath, Member

An ardent social activist is working in the sector for more than 20 years. Working with different organization and uplifting Ajagar Social Circle and make it a popular platform for the locality. Actively involving in advocacy movement and developmental activities of the society. Excellent work experience in the field of Agriculture, Commercial Crop Plantation, and Natural Rubber Production in the district. As the secretary of the organization actively engaging him in strategic management, coordination, monitoring, and implementation of the various projects and programs of the organization from its inception. Volunteered in the growth of natural rubber production with collaboration of Rubber Growers' Societies. As the director of Ajagar Agro Producer Company Ltd affording first-hand support in better price realization to small and marginal natural rubber growers.

Mrs. Sadhana Singh, Member

Working as a Headmistress of Ajagar Valley Academy (a unit of Ajagar Social Circle) since 17 years. She is energetic and dynamic women and able to give a new height to the school. She has been involving in the education sector more than 25 years.

Mr. Bipul Das, Member

Voluntarily involved with this organization from its inception. He has a strong urge to work for sustainability and asset management. He has working experience in rural electrification, power distribution, and power conservation. At present, he is guiding and monitoring the creation and management of every asset of the organization.

Mr. Chaitanya Das, Member

As the oldest amongst all the members have a vast experience in Agricultural Farm management and Production. A person well trained by Spice & Rubber Board. He is an expert in organic cultivation of black pepper, vanilla and rubber plantation, and processing. He has experience in raising nursery of various plants. He is working as a Director of Ajagar Agro Producer Company Ltd. and newly forms Ajagar Finance Pvt. Ltd. He is the responsible member of the organization for hospitality and logistic facilities.

Mrs. Juli Sarkar, Member

Voluntarily involved with this organization from its inception. She worked for child nutrition and education in the remote areas of its localities. Being a English Graduate and working as a school teacher, she has vast knowledge in education sector and has expertise in report writing.

Mrs. Sabita Das Kalita, Member

A simple housewife and engaged with women emancipation and empowerment. She is now the secretary of Ajagar Women SHG.
