Nestled in the heart of Agia, Goalpara, Ajagar Valley Academy is a beacon of value-based education, established in 2007 under the visionary Ajagar Social Circle. We are dedicated to nurturing capable, compassionate leaders by fostering holistic development—spiritual, moral, academic, and physical.
Our mission is to empower every student with knowledge, character, and resilience, preparing them to contribute meaningfully to their community and the world. At Ajagar Valley Academy, we believe in building a foundation for lifelong learning and positive impact.
Genesis
From a handful of desks to a valley of learning
Ajagar Valley Academy began in 2007 as a small, determined response to a simple problem: too many children in Agia, Goalpara, were growing up without access to quality schooling. What started under Ajagar Social Circle as a handful of desks and one shared conviction — that every child deserves a fair start — has grown, year on year, into a full campus shaping the paths of over a thousand students.
The founding vision never changed even as the campus did: build character alongside curriculum, and let the school grow only as strong as the community around it.

WHAT WE DO
ASC's flagship programme Mission Education works with the objective of empowering underprivileged children by providing education, nutrition, and wellness support. The programme is well aligned to the New Education Policy (2020), and the SDG Goal 4 - Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. Mission Education works with children (3-18 years) living in difficult circumstances, children from poor families, differently abled children, disaster-struck children, abandoned and street children, and children living in tribal belts, remote villages and hard to reach areas.
